Any of about 50-80 species of ornamental foliage plant in the agave family. The Dracena plant is a popular house plant grown both indoors and outdoors in sub-tropical climate it reaches a height of about three feet and has a bushy tree type of look. Its glossy leaves can grow up to one foot long and a couple of inches wide. It is also an air purifier, Dracena fragrans, Dracena reflexa, Dracena sanderiana.

USES: It is an ideal decorative plant for landscaping at semi shade areas it is an ideal pot plant.
